Individual Name Printing

Minimum per design
Each unique design in a mixed batch needs a minimum of 24 units. Batch total minimum is 100 units.
Pricing
Mixed design orders are priced on the total batch quantity, not per-design. 1000 units across 10 designs = 1000-unit pricing.

Multiple data fields per mug, all unique. Company logo stays fixed. Employee name, ID, department — all variable.

How it's done
Sublimation printing is inherently digital — there's no plate or screen to swap between units. Each mug's artwork is rendered from the merged data file, queued, and printed sequentially. 1000 unique mugs run at the same speed as 1000 identical mugs.

Yes — 50 units minimum for variable name printing. For mixed designs, each design needs a minimum of 24 units, with a batch total of at least 100.
How do I send the list of names?
Share an Excel or CSV file with one row per mug. We'll confirm the column mapping before production starts.
Does personalisation cost significantly more?
For sublimation variable data, the additional cost is minimal — the digital nature of the process means each unique print costs nearly the same as a repeated one. Laser engraving for personalisation has a small setup fee per batch.
What if there are errors in the name list?
We share a proof of the data mapping and a sample print before full production. Any corrections must be confirmed before we proceed.
