Share Your Design
Upload your logo or artwork. Accepted formats: AI, PDF, PNG (300+ DPI). If you don't have print-ready files, our design team will prepare them , no extra charge for standard work.
Design help included at no cost for orders 50+.
Mockup Approval
We send a digital mockup showing exactly how your design will look on the mug. Review it and request any changes. We iterate until you're satisfied , unlimited revisions.
Approval must be in writing before production starts.
Sample Production (Optional)
For orders of 500+ units, we recommend producing one physical sample first. Takes 2–3 days. You inspect the actual printed mug before we run full production.
Sample cost is adjusted against final order.
Production
Full production runs in our Bangalore facility. We use sublimation, UV DTF, or laser engraving depending on your product and design. Production time: 1–5 days based on quantity.
You receive a production confirmation with ETA.
Quality Check
Every piece is inspected: print quality, alignment, color accuracy, and packaging integrity. Defective units are reprinted , not shipped. You only pay for good units.

Delivery
Packed in secure cartons with proper cushioning. Tracked shipping. Bangalore: same-day or next-day. Pan-India: 3–7 business days depending on destination.

What's the minimum order quantity?
25 units for most mug types. Some specialty items (magic mugs, steel flasks) may have a higher MOQ , we'll confirm when you request a quote.
Can I order different designs in the same batch?
Yes. You can have multiple design variations within a single order. Pricing is based on total quantity, not per-design. Each design may have a small setup fee if it requires separate printing runs.
Do you do rush orders?
Yes, for an additional surcharge. Rush production (2–3 business days) is available for most standard orders. Contact us before placing the order to confirm availability.
What file format should I send for my design?
AI or PDF (vector) is ideal. PNG or TIFF at 300 DPI minimum also works. JPG files are usually too low-resolution. If you don't have print-ready artwork, our team can prepare it.
What if some mugs arrive damaged?
We replace damaged units at no charge. Photograph the damage within 48 hours of delivery and share it with us. We cover breakage from our packaging, not from misuse after delivery.
Can you print employee names on each mug?
Yes , variable data printing is supported. Share a list of names in Excel format. There's no per-name setup fee for sublimation orders. Ask for pricing when you request a quote.
